Fall is almost over. It’s time to think spring. Think spring tree planting. The Green County Land & Water Conservation Department is offering 10 varieties of trees and three varieties of shrubs for landowners interested in planting trees next spring. The tree varieties are: Bur Oak, Red Oak, White Oak, Swamp White Oak, Sugar Maple, Black Walnut, American Plum, American Arborvitae, White Pine, and Norway Spruce.
