Belleville High School Special Education Teacher Joel Jacobs thought that it might be fun to start the staff professional development day off with a party, complete with accordion music.

"Just to celebrate the team and take a minute to enjoy a treat," explained Jacobs, who took the idea to Principal Heather Schmitz.
