South Central Regional Trauma Advisory Council Donates Bike Helmets and Gun Locks to New Glarus Area EMS and New Glarus Police

There have been a rise in bike accidents this summer, involving both adults and children. Specifically, injuries that could be preventable have been on the rise.
Last week Rishelle Elthun, MPH, Child Advocacy Progam Manager, brought the New Glarus Area EMS and the New Glarus Police Department some bike helmets and gun locks.
The helmets and gun locks were donated by the SCRTAC-South Central Regional Trauma Advisory Council. The Council donated 15 gun locks and 10 bike helmets to just under 50 organizations in this region.
