The Monticello Lady Ponies played at Pecatonica on January 27th. The Lady Vikings held a 32-25 lead at the half and despite Monticello outscoring them in the second half, the Ponies lost a close game, 42-47.

Miah Brokopp scored 21 points while Mackie Errthum put 12 points on the board and Alexa Siegenthaler scored 5 points.

On January 30th, the Lady Ponies hosted Argyle. Trailing by 3 at the half, the Ponies fought hard throughout the second half and Harley Disch hit a 3-pointer with 3 seconds left in the game to send it into overtime. At the end of OT, Argyle ended up winning it, 50-46....
