Come and Celebrate 100 Years

The American Legion and Monticello American Legion Post #256 are both celebrating 100 years this year. The celebration will take place on Saturday, October 19, 2019, from 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m., in the Rehmstedt Gym at Monticello High School, 334 S. Main Street.
This event is open to all Veterans and their families, as well as the entire community. Donations will be accepted to defray costs for a light meal which will be provided. The Junction Jammers will be playing and there will be a short program at 1:00 p.m., and special speakers during an intermission.
Please come and join your friends and neighbors for an afternoon of fellowship and celebration of two institutions celebrating 100 years - the United States American Legion and Monticello’s very own American Legion Post #256.
