New Glarus sixth graders, along with chaperones and staff, made their 55th annual trip to Wyalusing on May 7th-9th.

Before getting to Wyalusing State Park, the group stopped at Stonefield Village in Cassville to enjoy country school lessons first hand, learn about how the science of agriculture has progressed steadily since the first settlers, participate in a friendly butter making competition, tour a turn-of-the-century farmhouse, and enjoy a delicious ice cream cone!
