Efrain Segura was recently presented with a Ben Jackson Foundation Military Travel award by Larry Jackson.
Efrain Segura recently enlisted in the US Marine Corps. On May 31st, he became the 10th recipient of the Ben Jackson Foundation Military Travel Award. The award was presented at Bailey's Run Vineyard in New Glarus at a recent trivia night event to benefit the Foundation.
Segura, a 2016 graduate of New Glarus High School, will leave for basic training in early September.
"I enlisted to serve the country that gave my family and friends everything we have today. I have friends who spoke highly of the Marine Corps, as well as the brother/sister hood between all serving members," said Segura....
