Squad 4 Truck Captain Nate Willson of the Monticello Fire Department was awarded a commendation from Monticello Police Chief Conway for outstanding service to the citizens of the Village of Monticello. Nate went above and beyond the call of duty by getting permission for custody from a family during an emergency call to relieve emotional stress of the children, taking care of the children, and getting the children to school the next day! We express our highest gratitude and respect for Nate and the Monticello Fire Department for their dedicated and professional service to Green County!
