The community is invited to take a walk in the shoes of someone with dementia through the use of the internationally known Virtual Dementia Tour on Thursday, April 25, 2019, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the New Glarus Home, located at 600 2nd Avenue in New Glarus. The Virtual Dementia Tour is a 10-minute sensory experience that helps give those with full cognition the ability to understand what the disease of dementia sounds, looks and feels like.
