Last weekend the New Glarus High School presented the musical The Pirates of Penzance.

The musical takes lace on the coast of Cornwall, where a band of tender-hearted pirates (Levi Belknap, Ben Copeland) lead by their captain (Desi Delforge) prepare to bid farewell to their young apprentice Frederic (Michael Schieldt), whose obligation to serve them will soon end, as he is to be freed from the gang at Noon on his 21st birthday. Frederic's long-time nurse Ruth (Stacy Benoy) tells him that his whole life was based on an error she made when he was young - she was told to apprentice Frederic...
