The Green County Coroner’s Office has released the identity of the driver of a single vehicle fatal crash that occurred Monday afternoon, June 25, 2018, on Highway 69 north of Monticello. Ronald L. Bader, age 86 of rural New Glarus, was pronounced dead at the scene.  

Initial reports indicated that the victim’s 2013 Cadillac Escalade was witnessed traveling northbound on Highway 69, near the intersection with Hefty Road, when it drifted across the centerline and off the road.
