Blackhawk Students Shine at Post-Secondary Agricultural Student Competition

BTC earns 21 award certificates allowing 15 students to qualify for the National PAS Conference this month

Blackhawk Technical College's chapter of the Post-Secondary Agriculture Students Organization (PAS) cleaned up at the most recent Wisconsin PAS competition, earning 21 total award certificates including seven total first place finishes and four second place honors.  The strong showing qualified 15 BTC students to attend the national conference in Louisville, Kentucky. 

Brianna Sheehan, Orfordville, earned three individual first place spots in the three different categories, including Impromptu Speaking, Prepared Speaking and Dairy Production/Employment Interview.
