A number of band students performed at the Solo & Ensemble Festival held recently at Wisconsin Heights.  Band events moving on to the state competition in May include the Brass Choir - "Hallelujah Chorus from the Messiah"; Emma Eicher, saxophone solo - "Dorian Elegy" by Arthur Frackenpohl; and Ben Copeland, trombone solo - "Sonata III" by Benedetto Marcello.  Choir events moving on to the state competition include Aimee Kujak, solo - "The Girl in 14 G" and" Gretchen am Spinnrade"; Aimee Kujak and Lizzy Woerpel, duet - "I would that my Love" by Felix Mendelssohn; Michael Scheildt,...
