On Monday, February 12th, New Glarus Middle and High School Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) members headed to Oregon High School to compete in the FCCLA Regional Competition. These members competed in events, also known as STAR (Students Taking Action for Recognition) Events, which have helped to increase student leadership, community involvement, and community service.

Students advancing to the State level will continue to improve upon their project, and will present it in April at the State Competition. Thirteen New Glarus FCCLA Members competed, and 12 competit...
