Prom for Pennies is an event sponsored by the Monroe High School Junior Optimists Club. The event provides area high school girls the opportunity to purchase a gently used prom or formal dress. The Prom for Pennies event will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2018, at Monroe High School from 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

All area students are invited to shop for their dream dress at the event. There is no admission charge and dresses are marked with a “suggested” donation ranging from $5 to $40 each. Cash or checks are accepted, no credit cards. This year we will have more than 800 dresses –...
