UW-Green Bay Announces Spring 2017 Honors

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay has made public the names of students receiving academic honors for the spring 2017 semester. Students who earn a 4.0 grade point average, which represents all “A” grades, receive highest honors. High honors go to those earning 3.99 to 3.75 grade point averages. Honors are given to students earning 3.74 to 3.50 grade point averages. All students were full-time in the spring term, earning 12 or more credits of graded coursework.

Area residents receiving honors include:  Alexandra S. T. Lent, Albany, Semester Honors; Tricia A. Bagley, Belleville, Semester Highest Honors; and Kallista R. Baebler, Monticello, Semester Highest Honors.

Santos Named to William and Mary Dean’s List

Leena M. Santos, Belleville, was recently named to the Dean’s List at the College of William and Mary for the spring 2017 semester. In order to achieve Dean’s List status, a full-time degree seeking undergraduate student must take at least 12 credit hours and earn a 3.6 Quality Point Average during the semester.

UW-La Crosse Announces Spring 2017 Dean’s List

The following students have been named to the Dean’s List at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse for the spring semester of the 2016-17 academic year, ending May 2017. Qualification for the Dean’s List is limited to students who have attained outstanding academic achievement. To be eligible, students must have earned not less than a 3.5 semester grade point average and have carried a minimum of 12 credits.

Students from our area include Emily A. Hauri, Albany, Statistics Major: Actuarial Science Concentration; Hailey A. Hehn, Belleville, Accountancy Major; Micaela L. Julian, Belleville, Psychology Major; Lauren A. Locy, Belleville, Biology Major: Biomedical Science Concentration; Lilly K. Blum, Monticello, Spanish Major; Lukas N. Kolasch, Monticello, Exercise and Sport Science Major: Exercise Science - Fitness Track; Ashley N. Clark, New Glarus, Public Health and Community Health Education Major; Trevor A. Paulson, New Glarus, Philosophy Major.

Loras College Announces 2017 Graduates

Loras College has announced the names of students who earned a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in 2017.  Alexis M. Hanson, New Glarus, earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Maxima Cum Laude.
