Green County Home and Community Education (HCE) is happy to announce the winners of this year's high school senior scholarships. Congratulations to Lauren Blumer, Albany High School, Megan Lehr, Monticello High School, and Travis Oliver, Albany High School. All of these seniors had excellent recommendation letters, were very involved in their community, school and church and have received many service awards and recognitions.
