Recently, several New Glarus Middle School students participated in the "Math 24 Challenge" held at UW-Madison.  Our students competed against students from Albany, Argyle, Belleville, Beloit, Evansville, McFarland, Monona Grove, Oregon, Parkview, Stoughton, Lake Mills and Waunakee.

The challenge tournaments are based on five versions of the Math 24 card games produced by Suntex.  Jackson Julien took 2nd place, Nathan Streiff 5th place, and Merrick Fong placed 6th. Congratulations!
