For the 30th consecutive year, the Monroe Arts Center (MAC) will sponsor the Wisconsin Regional Arts Program (WRAP) Competition and Exhibit.  All artwork submitted for competition will be on exhibit from April 7 through June 9, 2017, in Monroe Arts Center’s Frehner Gallery.  This event is co-sponsored by the Monroe Arts Center and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Continuing Studies.
