DFI to Utilize One Stop Business Portal for Filing of Some Annual Reports

The Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) has partnered with the Wisconsin One Stop Business Portal to streamline the filing of certain types of annual reports beginning in January. Effective January 3, 2017, Domestic Business Corporations, Domestic Close Corporations and Domestic Limited Liability Companies will file their annual reports online through the Wisconsin One Stop Business Portal at http://Openforbusiness.wi.gov/DFIannualreports. This change will affect about 358,000 businesses in Wisconsin.
