Monticello Schools Registration
ark your calendars! Registration for all students will be held on Thursday, August 11, and Tuesday, August 16, from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m., in the Computer Lab.
Parents are asked to begin the registration process online through Skyward Family Access. Instructions are found on the school’s website at http://www.monticello.k12.wi.us. To save time, forms should be completed ahead of time and will be collected along with school fees, lunch payments and miscellaneous fees at registration.
Students that are new to the district are required to furnish a copy of the student’s immunizations and may be asked to furnish proof of residence. Students must be 4-years-old by September 1st to be eligible for 4-year-old Kindergarten and 5-years-old by September 1st to be eligible for 5-year-old Kindergarten. New student enrollment forms are available on the school’s website.
Students may meet with the Guidance Counselor to discuss and make changes to their schedule.
The School Nurse will be available to discuss medications taken at school and any health issues or concerns.
All students in grades K4-12 are required to have their school photographs taken during registration. Photographers will be available from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m., on both dates. Elementary (K4-5) photos will be taken in the Telepresence Lab (look for signs), and Middle/High School (6-12) photos will be taken in the Band Room. Lifetouch package options are explained in the school newsletter. Order forms will be available at registration or may be picked up prior to registration in the school office. All packages ordered from Lifetouch must be prepaid. Additional information may be found on the school website and online ordering can be found at mylifetouch.com.
Make sure to read about all registration requirements in the special back-to-school newsletter that was mailed out in late July, and be sure to save it for future reference throughout the school year.
