Post Messenger Recorder -

Seven Belleville graduates and two Belleville teachers spent six days and five nights in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW). We enjoyed the peace that comes with the wilderness. During our time away we saw eagles, loons, beavers, and other small critters.  We enjoyed some great paddling weather, swimming, and some great campsites.  We told stories, we played games, and we made memories at each of our five campsites. 

During our time away we portaged our equipment and food close to 6 miles and canoed about 25 miles.
