On Saturday, July 16, Dane County Sheriff's Department received a report of a one-vehicle accident on CTH G. Dane County Deputies, New Glarus Fire Department and New Glarus Area EMS responded. Robert L. Johnson, age 46 of New Glarus, lost control of his 2009 VW and hit a tree. He was transported to UW Hospital by MedFlight.
