The Monticello PTO is very excited to invite you to the 1st Annual 5K/1K Pony Trot during Monticello Homecoming Days on Saturday, July 9. The PTO has been trying to find ways to raise money for our school that doesn’t involve kids selling door to door.  We are also trying to provide opportunities for the community to have fun and raise money at the same time!  

Signing up to run or walk the Pony Trot 5K or 1K is easy, just go to the News column on the left of the Monticello Schools website at http://www.monticello.k12.wi.us to access a registration form. It is a great course for beginners with no hills and a fun and supportive atmosphere.  What a great way to start the day with a little exercise so those amazing Lion’s cheese curds are guilt free!

Once you’ve run the race, don’t forget to visit our game booth for face painting, ball toss and Giant PLINKO from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We hope to see everyone there!
