"Bookworms" is a program in Belleville encouraging small children to become excited about books.  Volunteer readers, from Belleville Kiwanis and the Econo-misers Homemakers Club, visit the 4K Kindergarten classes monthly to read them a book selected by the teachers.  Each child receives a copy of this book, so by the end of the school year they have collected seven colorful and fun books to ask their family to read to them at home.
