Stuessy-Kuenzi Post #141 Commander Steve Hodgson congratulates Christian Arnett for winning the Post contest. Arnett also won the Green County contest and represented Green County at the Third District contest at the Zilmer-Riley Monroe Post #84 on January 24.
The Stuessy-Kuenzi New Glarus Post #141 hosted this year's American Legion's Oratorical Scholarship Program Contest for high school students of Green County.
Contestants were required to give 8-10 minute prepared oration on a topic of their choice related to the United States Constitution. They were also assigned a topic on which they gave a 3-5 minute oration. The assigned topic was one of four topics that related to specific articles of the Constitution.
