In an unmarked grave, in an old Indian cemetery in Stockbridge, Wisconsin, lie a man and his wife. The significance of the man is predominantly known only to his few remaining descendants. Near the entrance of the cemetery is a sign that lists the names of those buried in unmarked graves within the boundaries of what is now known as Lakeside Cemetery. However, what isn't commonly known by modern day visitors to the cemetery, is the significance of this particular man and his service to his country.
