Green County 4-H Youth Participate in Foods Revue

Members of the Green County 4-H Foods & Nutrition project recently participated in the annual Foods Revue event on Saturday, March 9th, at the Green County Justice Center. Foods Revue is considered a Pre-Fair event of the Green County Fair and is judged by a licensed fair judge with ribbons being awarded to the youth.

Youth are divided into four levels based on grade and can bring one food item to be judged at the Foods Revue. Examples of project options this year were breakfast muffins, invent a snack, baked pasta, and homemade soup.
