Students Visit New Glarus as Part of GAPP (German American Partnership Program)

It's that time of year again! Twelve students from our partner school in Bad Arolsen, Germany, were here in New Glarus from March 18th to March 29th. Students visited the Capitol, House on the Rock, Sugar River Pizza, Shedd Aquarium, Willis Tower, Millennium Park, and Hancock Tower.
The GAPP (German American Partnership Program) exchange was started 31 years ago by Linda Hiland (New Glarus) and Bernd Radeck (Germany). Hundreds of students have participated in this wonderful opportunity. Twenty-two students from New Glarus will travel to Germany to visit their partners in June.
