Culinary Trifecta – Three Chefs Present A Taste of Switzerland

A trio of chefs from New Glarus Hotel, Kurt Kline, Roland Fürst and Mike Nevil, will present "A Culinary Tour of Switzerland" at this year's A Taste of Spring by Monroe Arts Center on May 1st. Fürst and Nevil are co-owners of the New Glarus Hotel along with their wives, Megan Fürst and Shawna Nevil.
From classic fairy tales to Hollywood blockbusters, the "rule of three" principle suggests that things in threes are more satisfying than any other number of things. The principle is certain to hold true when a trio of chefs prepare Monroe Arts Center's (MAC) "A Taste of Spring" dinner event on Monday, May 1, at Ludlow Mansion-Peppercorn Banquet Room, 1417 Mansion Drive, Monroe, Wisconsin.
