The Monticello Ponies boys basketball team played a first round WIAA Division 5 Regional game at Cambria-Friesland on February 28th. At the half, the Ponies trailed 26-33. They hustled the second half but could only get within 4. The final score was Cambria-Friesland 66, Monticello 62.
