The Belleville Lady Wildcats basketball team hosted Brodhead on December 27th. While the Wildcats were only trailing by 5 at the half, the Lady Cardinals scored 42 points in the second half to secure their victory. The final score was Brodhead 68, Belleville 37.

Maddi DeSmet scored 17 points to lead Belleville, and had 10 rebounds and 4 assists, while Toria Devoe scored 6 points with 1 steal, and Lainey Winkers scored 5 points with 6 rebounds and 1 steal.

Belleville played at Jefferson on January 3rd. They will host Cambridge on January 5th, play at New Glarus on January 10th and play at Marshall on January 13th.
