Christkindli Market was held in New Glarus last weekend. This outdoor Christmas market hosted approximately 30 vendors, offering a variety of high quality, locally made and sourced gifts, along with Christmas decorations and foods, all housed in wooden on-street chalets.

New Glarus Brewing Company offered Wassail, a one-weekend-only holiday stout with hints of chocolate, vanilla, and spice, with a sweet finish. It was so popular that it ran out on Saturday. Deb Carey, Founder and President of the New Glarus Brewing Company, has said there will be more next year.

Also very popular were the "Wisconsin Reindeer", sponsored by the New Glarus 4-H Dairy.

On Sunday, the lines were long for the horse drawn sleigh rides, but everyone seemed to be having lots of fun on the rides and through Christkindli Market.
