Robert L. Blum

Robert Lee "Bob" Blum, age 84 of Black Earth, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at Ingleside Manor. He was born on January 21, 1938, in Monticello, the son of Frederick Blum and Louise (Roethlisberger) Blum.

Bob joined his loving partner, Amelia "Milly" Kelter, who preceded him in death. Bob and Milly had their first date on New Year's Eve 1990, and shared 25 years together.

Bob owned and operated a trucking business for over 40 years, retiring in 2010. He had countless trucking stories to share from the miles traveled and had an indelible roadmap of the United States in his head.

Bob was an avid woodworker and enjoyed working on projects for friends and family. He also loved a good Packers or card game. He and Milly enjoyed feeding the birds, going to the casino, watching Wheel of Fortune every night, and sharing many adventures traveling the country together.
