Last week, the majority of complaints brought in a lawsuit by early investors in the New Glarus Brewing Company were dismissed, with prejudice.
In what can only be described as a resounding victory for New Glarus Brewing Company's Founder and President Deborah Carey, a Judge in Green County, WI, has dismissed the lawsuit brought against her in that court, with prejudice. Deb Carey has maintained throughout this long and difficult process that the claims made by these early investors were baseless and without merit and came down to a simple case of greed and overreach.
