Ruschman's Oil Paintings to Display at New Glarus Public Library
September 1, 2022
Pamela Ruschman grew up on a dairy farm near Blanchardville, Wisconsin, and learned to paint from her high school art teacher. Her inspiration comes from her surroundings - the landscape, farms, and animals of southwest Wisconsin. After working twelve years in the agricultural advertising industry, she chose to pursue her passion of painting full-time. She does much of her work plein air painting along country roadsides, capturing the life and landscape before her on canvas. Pamela currently resides in New Glarus, Wisconsin, with her family. Her oil paintings will be on display in the New Glarus Library through September 20th.
