At approximately 1:07 p.m., on Monday, August 1, 2022, Deputies, the Blanchardville Fire Department, Blanchardville EMS, and MedFlight responded to the W8700 block of STH 39, Town of York, for a report of a motorcycle crash with injury. Investigation determined the operator, Chad A. Schneider, 50, Blanchardville, was traveling east on STH 39 when he attempted to pass a vehicle in a no-passing zone. Schneider was unable to negotiate the curve in the roadway after passing the vehicle and entered the ditch. Schneider was ejected from the motorcycle and was not wearing a helmet. Schneider s...
