Two local golf professionals were up bright and early on Monday, July 18th, playing 100 holes of golf at Edelweiss Chalet Country Club in New Glarus as part of the WPGA's 100 Holes for 100 Years Charity Campaign.

Jeff Ellingson, PGA, General Manager - Edelweiss Chalet Country Club, and Brad Munn, PGA, Director of Player Development - First Tee South Central Wisconsin in Cottage Grove, started playing at 5:30 a.m., representing the WPGA and raising money for both PGA REACH Wisconsin and their local charity of choice - First Tee South Central Wisconsin based in Cottage Grove. It took the two men nearly 12 hours to complete 100 holes of golf.

During a 100-day span from May 2 through August 9, dozens of golf professionals throughout the state of Wisconsin are encouraged to play 100 holes in celebration of the WPGA's centennial. Funds raised from supporters, members, family, friends, and the community currently totals $40,000.
