On July 21, 2022, the Sheriff's Office Detective Bureau was requested to assist New Glarus Police Department with an investigation into an adult male exposing a juvenile child to harmful materials during the course of his employment. The Detective Bureau, teamed with Green County Child Protective Services, completed further investigation into the case on July 22. The investigation determined that several photographs depicting nudity were shown to a juvenile child.
