New Glarus Girls Basketball Capitol Conference Awardees 2022 From left: Sophomore Lindsey Schadewalt, First Team and Conference Player of the Year, Lindsey was also named Division 4 All-State and AP All-State High Honorable Mention in all divisions; Freshman Elle Lancaster and Senior Peyton Yaun both received Honorable Mention Honors; Junior Alex Atwell was selected as a Second Team All-Conference player.
It was a historic season for the New Glarus girls basketball program, setting a school record with 21 wins! First Conference Championship since 2006 and second Regional Championship in school history, making it to the Sectional Finals for the second time in school history before falling to the undefeated and State Champions, Mineral Point.
Congratulations ladies - your school, coaches and community are proud of you all.
