Youth Association Presents Donation For Glarner Park to Village of New Glarus

On February 8, 2022, the New Glarus Youth Baseball & Softball Association presented the Village of New Glarus Administrator Drake Daily with a check for $6,125.00. The funds, which were donated to the New Glarus Parks and Recreation Department, will be used to design and obtain architectural renderings for a concession stand, permanent restrooms and storage at the newly remodeled Glarner Park. Kevin Julseth, Drake Daily and Damian Mimetz then met with a representative from the architectural firm, Studio GWA of Rockford, IL, to discuss design plans.
The NGYBA will be kicking off a community sourced fundraising campaign to help complete the project.
