Taylor Venden, a 2021 graduate of New Glarus High School, received a check for $1,000 from the Alvin Ott Scholarship Fund. Taylor is attending Carroll College in Waukesha, WI. She is working on a Bachelor of Science Degree through the Honors Program. Her first major is in Animal Science, with a first minor emphasis in History.

Alvin Ott, a former president of The Bank of New Glarus, established this fund in 1981 so that young people from our community will have the opportunity to continue their education. This fund remains possible, in part, due to the continued support of The Bank of New Glarus.
