Lion Ray Hempel was a person who changed the world for thousands of kids. His vision challenged the Wisconsin Lions to change the world of children with special needs. The interest earned from this award goes to help support Wisconsin Lions Camp at Rosholt, WI. Lion Roger is the first Monticello Lion to receive this award. Congratulations Roger!
