The New Glarus girls basketball team played at Black Hawk on Monday, November 29th. The Lady Knights took a 17-point lead into the locker room at halftime, and although they were outscored by Black Hawk in the second half, New Glarus won the game 44-28.

Coach Kevin Parman commented that a fast start opened up a 22-point run and that it made the difference in the game.

Lindsey Schadewalt scored 24 points, had 5 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal, while Alex Atwell and Elle Lancaster both scored 4 points apiece. Atwell also had 4 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 steals while Lancaster had 1 rebound and 1 steal.

New Glarus hosted Barneveld on December 7th. They will play at Lancaster on December 13th and host Belleville on December 17th.
