SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group in New Glarus is offering a Flu Clinic on Friday, December 17, 2021. It will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the clinic located at 1800 Second Street, New Glarus.
Flu shots are open to all ages. Appointments are required. To schedule, please call (608) 527-5296.
Cash, check or credit/debit cards accepted, insurance may be billed for those patients who prefer it. Reminder that masks are required.
