The Monticello Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for The Java Lava Café in Monticello on September 15th. Owner Nikkoleen Bongard said, "My husband and I decided it was time for a change from our crazy life of working together in the municipality. We wanted to give our girls the ability to watch a business that they love grow into a staple for the community that they call home. We are so happy to have The Java Lava Café open and be able to provide Monticello with all its caffeine and bakery item needs. And we are so proud to announce that we will be doing requests by order cake...
