Dear Editor,

On Wednesday, while returning back from a routine doctor appointment at Middleton, our van decided downtown Verona was as good a place as any to have a flat tire.

Throughout the entire process my driver, Julie from Country View, kept me informed of the situation while we waiting in the air-conditioned van for help to arrive.

When Mike arrived, he too was concerned of my welfare and checked to make sure I was comfortable. He followed us back to New Glarus to make sure I arrived home safely.

So, if you or your loved ones need medical transportation, I hope you will consider Country View. I have used their services for seven years and have always found them to be competent and prompt.
