In June of 2020, La Crosse Police Department Officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle vs. motorcycle accident. Upon arrival, Officers located several pedestrians stabilizing the operator of the motorcycle, who was at first unresponsive. Through their efforts, the subject came to and was able to speak to the Officers to assist in investigating the crash.
