The Yahara River Writers Anthology Project is a writing and cartooning contest for students in grades 5-8. Students may enter one piece in any one of these categories: Cartoons, Editorials, Poetry, Short Stories, or one Cover or Divider Page. All of the top ten entries for each category in each grade are published in an anthology. In May, all authors and artists of the top ten entries are invited to a virtual workshop through the UW. A keynote speaker and breakout session for guided activities are highlights of the workshop.
