One thing I haven’t seen in this judicial election is letters from other attorneys who have worked on a case with one of the candidates. I am lucky enough to have had that experience.

A couple of years ago, I got a call from a potential client. He had employment claims, but also had some pretty complex business contract issues, well beyond the scope of my expertise. Immediately, I knew who to call. I dialed up Faun Phillipson and begged her to take the case with me. She did, and thank goodness! That case ended up having at least a half-dozen unusual and complex issues. Attorney Phillipson dug in and analyzed each legal-factual issue thoroughly and accurately. I was blown away. Since then, I’ve often called up Attorney Phillipson when I’ve had a complex legal issue that I needed to sort through. She is always generous with her time and precise in her analysis.

I know from personal experience that Attorney Phillipson has handled innumerable claims in Wisconsin, including contract claims, tenant landlord issues, business matters, family law claims, criminal and traffic issues, employment law matters, and wills. Because attorney-client privilege protects client confidentiality, most of this work is not reflected in the “public records” that her opponent cites. Attorney Phillipson has incredible experience, having handled all kinds of cases in courtrooms all over the country for over 20 years. She will bring that experience home to Green County to give us a first rate court.
